Dr. Andrew C. Jones, a senior college administrator for over 30 years, serves as Executive Vice Chancellor of Educational Affairs for the Dallas County Community College District. He has previously served as president of the Community College of Baltimore County, Catonsville. His strong academic, student and community orientation stems from his roles as a director of Student Special Services, associate professor of adult and continuing education, assistant to the vice-president, Title I Director, dean, vice president for academic and student affairs, provost/professor of education, and executive vice president for academic and student affairs.
