Get a specialized certificate and your GED® or adult high school diploma at the same time with Integrated Education and Training (IET)
Earn your GED® or Adult High School Diploma simultaneously with one of the following certifications:
- Nurse Aide Level 1
- Heating, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Tech (HVAC)
- Welding
- Truck Driver Training
- Nail Tech
- Apartment Maintenance Technician
Basic Skills Plus includes:
- Waived tuition for eligible students
- Hands-on and on-the-job training
- Specialized classes with contextualized curriculum
Eligibility
Eligibility for IET is determined by several factors depending on the certificate program of choice. Students must be enrolled in in-person HSE or AHS classes in order to qualify. Students who have completed high school or have already earned a GED® do not qualify for IET.
In the end, you could have your high school credential and a certificate in one of these fields.
