Housing for Students

The City of Wilmington values its neighborhoods and all persons have a responsibility to be courteous and respectful of their neighbors. The city has found it necessary to adopt certain ordinances to preserve the integrity and quiet enjoyment of its neighborhoods.

The College does not have housing facilities. However, upon request and if known, college officials will provide students with information concerning available housing. Students are advised to have a clear understanding with landlords regarding all rental and/or lease agreements. Students are urged to make housing arrangements well in advance of enrollment. The College provides a bulletin board on the Wilmington Campus near the Admissions Office, which displays housing options that include student posts for subleasing, rentals, and roommates. Local apartment complexes and homeowners will also post flyers/specials for CFCC students. The College also maintains a digital board through the my.cfcc.edu portal to which students have access for housing postings. Students may also utilize the Internet resources to search for housing options.
