About the Bond
The purpose of the CFCC bond is to keep our local economy strong by providing increased access to affordable education and job training opportunities. Specifically, the bond will provide funds for three new classroom buildings located on property the college already owns. Two of the buildings will be located in downtown Wilmington and one at the North Campus on Blue Clay Rd.

The Buildings Include:
“Union Station” Classrooms and Student Services
This building will provide much needed classrooms to alleviate overcrowding in general education courses and provide more space for student services like financial aid, counseling, job placement and others.
Location: Downtown Wilmington
Humanities and Fine Arts Building
This facility will provide expanded and updated class room space for Humanities and fine arts classes.
Location: Downtown Wilmington
Advanced & Emerging Technologies Center Training Space for Customized Industry
This building will provide much needed high-tech lab space offer increased customized job training to attract new businesses to the area and help existing businesses expand and add more jobs.
