National Library Week Survey
April 15th, 2013 by calee51April 14-20 is National Library Week! First sponsored in 1958, National Library Week is a national observance sponsored by the American Library Association (ALA) and libraries across the country. You can celebrate in many ways. Show your appreciation for your favorite local library. Leave a comment on our Inspiration chalk wall. Thank a library employee who has helped you during this past semester. Get a library card (if you don’t already have one). Take our National Library Week Survey. Answer just a few questions and you might win a prize. We’re giving away two Amazon gift cards (one for $20 and one for $10) and a Fuzzy Peach gift card ($5) to randomly selected survey takers.
The survey will be open from April 15th through April 30th. You’ll find the link to the survey at the Library’s home page: http://cfcc.edu/lrc/ or you can go directly to the survey at: http://cfcc.edu:8080/opinio/s?s=3379
The survey is open to all. The gift card giveaway is open only to current CFCC students and employees.
To be included in the giveaway, you must leave your CFCC email address. Gift card winners will be randomly selected and notified by CFCC email on May 1st. Winners will have 1 week to claim their prize or another winner will be selected.
Only one (1) giveaway entry per person, please!
