What Is Scitable? A free science library and personal learning tool brought to you by Nature Publishing Group, the world’s leading publisher of science. Scitable currently concentrates ongenetics, the study of evolution, variation, and the rich complexity of living organisms. As you cultivate your understanding of modern genetics on Scitable, you will explore not only what we know about genetics and the ways it impacts our society, but also the data and evidence that supports our knowledge.
The Library is happy to now be providing the American History in Video database from Alexander Street Press. American History in Video provides a large, rich online collection of video for the study of American history. The collection now contains a total of 1,471 videos totaling about 460 hours, primarily from The History Channel, with additional material from Universal Newsreel, PBS, and Chronoscope. More material is being added from PBS, A&E Television Networks and Bullfrog Films.
