Faculty & Staff Pose for Book & Movie Promotion

July 24th, 2012 by cburwell534

What do you have in common with cooking celebrity Rachel Ray, media mogul Oprah Winfrey or football star Drew Brees?

They’ve all had their pictures taken with a favorite book to promote reading and libraries.

Now you can, too.  The CFCC Library invites faculty and staff to pose with a book or movie cover.

What to choose?

It could be a childhood favorite, a classic that influenced your life, recent fiction that you just couldn’t put down, or a nonfiction title in your field that you wish all your students knew about.

What if you’re camera shy?

We can pose you peeking from behind your book or movie cover if you prefer.

When can you get involved?

Begins Thursday, July 25th.

We’re hoping you’ll combine this photo-op with your trip to the Library to update your CFCC ID card.

This is your chance to share your favorite title and to remind students that (unlike your CFCC ID) Great Books and Movies Never Expire!

Come to the Library or call us at #7034 for details.
