Last year, CFCC students earned an 100% passing rate on the N.C. Real Estate Licensing Exam – far above the state average of 75%.
Upcoming classes for the fall semester include:
RLS 112 NE1: “Broker Pre licensing” meets on Tuesday
and Thursday evenings from 6:30 to 8:50 p.m.
RLS 113 NE1: “Real Estate Math” meets on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 5:30 to 6:20 p.m.
Students who earn an 80% or higher on the final test in the Broker Pre licensing course earn the right to sit for the state exam. You receive a “Provisional Broker” license from the North Carolina Real Estate Commission when you have passed the state exam. The following Post Licensing courses are required to be taken by those students who have already earned their “Provisional Broker” license. They meet on Monday and Wednesdays from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m.
RLS 121 N1: “Brokerage Relationships and Responsibilities” from August 15 to September 19
RLS 122 N1: “Contracts and Closing” from September 26 to October 26
RLS 123 N1: “Selected Topics” from November 2 to December 7

All courses are taught at the North Campus on Blue Clay Road.
