Students at Cape Fear Community College willÂ have a chance to get a closer look at their future careers at the 2012 CFCC Trade Show. OverÂ three dozen employers are expected to participate in the show, whichÂ will be held on Wed., March 28 from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. in the McKeithan Center at CFCC’s North Campus.
According to Matthew Thomas, CFCC Career Services Coordinator, this event will allow students to see exactly how the skills they’ve learnedÂ in class apply directly to the work ofÂ local companies. The trade show will also give students an opportunity to network with a variety of potential employers in law enforcement, construction, manufacturing, engineering, automotive repair andÂ much more.
Throughout the day, companies will present a variety of live demonstrations of the services and equipment they use along with the products they produce.
