Program focuses on customer service for health care providers
The Walt Disney World Resort organization is known throughout the world for excellent customer-service. Former Disney executive John Formica will host a free seminar at Cape Fear Community College to help local health care providers learn techniques and strategies to adopt a more customer-focused approach to their operations.
The seminar is called “Creating the Magic in Health Care Business,” and will be held on April 10 from 1 p.m. – 4 p.m. in the BB&T Auditorium at CFCC’s North Campus.
Formica has over 25 years of hospitality experience and will share his experiences to help health care companies focus on what patients want, not just what they need.
