Cape Fear Community College will host an upcoming free educational workshop for current health care professionals and those interested in working in the surgical field.
The event will be held on Sat., Sept. 22 from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. in the BB&T auditorium at the North Campus.
This event is presented by the CFCC Surgical Technology Program and the New Hanover Health Network Surgical Technology Council.
Speakers include local physicians and surgeons who will address topics including: infectious diseases, stem cell research, Oral/Maxillofacial procedures and more. Representatives from CFCC’s Surgical Technology Program will be available to talk with those interested in pursuing a career in the surgical field.
