Project Management is the discipline of planning, organizing, securing, managing, leading, and controlling resources to achieve specific goals.  This course will provide a basic background into the position of a project manager.  The course will align with concepts and terms of the Project Management Institute (PMI).  This 36 hour course will meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6-9pm beginning on February 5th and running until March 14th.  Classes will meet on the downtown CFCC Campus.  Cost is $123 + book.  For additional information or to register:  Contact tcriser@cfcc.edu or call 910-362-7319.
