Fall 2014 Tuition due by August 6th

Fall 2014 tuition payments are due at the time of registration, but no later than 5:00 pm on Wednesday, August 6, 2014.

Students choosing not to attend any or all of their classes are required to drop the classes themselves to avoid being charged for them and receiving a No Show for the class.

You may pay online through WebAdvisor with Master Card, Visa, Discover, or American Express. In WebAdvisor, select Current Students, then under Financial Information, select Make a Payment.

You may also pay in person with cash, check, money order, or credit card at the Cashiers Offices located Downtown and at the North Campus. We do not accept any payments by telephone.

All third party students must turn in their authorization forms for the Fall.

Financial Aid students should contact the Financial Aid Office to check on their aid eligibility.

Tuition Payment Plan:  CFCC offers a convenient monthly Tuition Payment Plan (FACTS) to help students meet their educational expenses. This service is provided by Nelnet Business Solutions. The cost to enroll is a $25.00 per semester non-refundable enrollment fee. The enrollment fee and applicable down payment are processed immediately from your bank account/credit card. Any remaining payments will be automatically deducted on your scheduled payment dates. All forms of payment must be received by the Business Office to be officially registered.

Campus Bookstores Closed for Painting – Read for details

The campus bookstores are scheduled to be repainted during July. Please note the following dates for the store closure which will affect your campus. Although the stores will be closed for safety reasons during this time, staff are still on hand to assist you with your needs.

Wilmington Campus: July 7th-11th. If you have a textbook need during this time, please call 910.362.7379 and we will make arrangements to assist you.

North Campus: July 14th-18th. If you have a textbook need or require other assistance during this time, please call 910.362.7519 and we will make arrangements to assist you.

Drop your classes if you decide not to attend

Students choosing not to attend any or all of their classes are required to drop the classes themselves to avoid being charged for them and receiving a No Show for the class.

A pre-registered curriculum student who officially drops from any/or all classes prior to the first day of the College’s academic semester will be eligible for a 100 percent tuition refund.

A pre-registered curriculum student who officially drops from any/or all classes during the period starting from the first day and ending on the 10% day of the academic semester will be eligible for a 75 percent tuition refund.

Students may drop classes online using WebAdvisor or may complete a drop card in-person at the Registrar’s Office at either campus. Once classes start, access to WebAdvisor is no longer available for any registration/drop activity. All drops will need to be done in-person at the Registrar’s Office after classes start. The effective date of the drop is the day the Registrar’s office receives the form.

Make sure your mailing address is correct!

Please make sure your address is correct and up-to-date with the college. The following Business Office items are sent by mail:

  1. All Financial Aid refund checks (address must be updated by Friday, June 13, 2014, checks will be mailed 6/20/14)
  2. Tuition refunds not paid by credit card

You can view your current address in WebAdvisor by selecting the “My Profile” link under Academic Profile. To update your address in WebAdvisor, select the “Address Change” link under User Account.

You may also update your address by completing a “Change of Address Form” with the Student Services Office at the Downtown Campus or North Campus.
