IMPORTANT INFORMATION: SUMMER AND FALL 2017

Summer and Fall 2017

 

Summer and Fall 2017 class schedule is now available to view through WebAdvisor and Student Planning.

Priority Registration will begin on April 10th.
Payment is due at the time of registration. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A BILL IN THE MAIL FOR Summer or Fall 2017 semesters. Account statements may be viewed in Web Advisor. Payments may be made through WebAdvisor or at the Business Office on either campus during normal business hours.

Payment methods accepted are cash, check, major credit cards, payment plan, financial aid, and third party sponsorships. Your tuition balance is available to you through WebAdvisor. You may pay your tuition at the time of registration using WebAdvisor with Master Card, Visa, Discover or American Express. As always, all financial aid questions should be directed to the Financial Aid Office.

Classes for Summer 2017 will begin on Monday, May 22, 2017.

Classes for Fall 2017 will begin on Friday, August 18, 2017.

Important Dates:

March 27 – April 21: Advising Period – See your faculty advisor

April 10: Priority Registration Begins

April 24: Priority Registration ends

See the Financial Aid web site for additional information.

To view classes being offered for Summer and Fall 2017, go to the Schedule of Classes from the CFCC homepage or the Registration Menu in WebAdvisor and For Summer, enter the start date of 05/22/2017  and end date of 08/01/2017; For Fall, enter the start date of 08/18/2017 and end date of 12/15/2017. Do not enter the term field. This will pull a list of all classes being offered.
From the Academic Planning Section in WebAdvisor, you may go to Student Planning. From there go to Plan your degree and register for classes and pick the Summer 2017 or Fall 2017 Term.

E-Withdrawals are HERE!!

 

Effective Summer 2015, CFCC began it’s new E-withdrawal process!

Students requesting to withdraw from a course(s) can do so by clicking the E-Withdrawal icon located on your my cfcc page.

This process can only be used for withdrawals, not drops for refunds.

You can also access E-withdrawals through Webadvisor from the Academic Planning menu.

 

Tutorial Videos for Registration and Program Evaluation

Check out the tutorial in the Program Evaluation Series on How to Read a Program Evaluation:  Developmental Courses.  This tutorial will answer all your questions about how to read developmental program requirements, the math redesign, and how to register for the DMS shell courses!!

Student Services is pleased to announce the addition of tutorial videos to the myCFCC portal homepage under the Help tab.  These are the first tutorials of an ongoing project to provide instructional tutorials to students and faculty regarding the various processes that Student Services oversees.

For current viewing are the Program Evaluation Series and the Registration Series for students.  These tutorials provide everything a student needs to know about program evaluations and registration.

These tutorials are closed captioned  so they may be viewed without the audio, if necessary.  Be sure to check out the tutorials available now and stay tuned for others that will be added throughout the year.

Online Graduation Application

WebAdvisor now offers you the ease of applying for graduation and completing the Graduation Student Opinion Survey online through the ‘Intent to Graduate’ link under the Academic Planning section of your Student Menu!

Students must use the online submission of the Intent to Graduate and the Graduating Student Opinion Survey.  It takes less than 15 minutes to submit both and students can access the site from anywhere there is internet access!

Graduation applications for the 2017-18 academic year will be available July 1, 2017.

Intent Deadlines:

Summer 2017: June 16

Fall 2017: November 3
