Accounting Specialist

Landfall Council of Associations Inc. is searching for a full time  specialist who will be responsible for entering vendor invoices and check requests into QuickBooks, processing weekly payments, maintaining the accounts payable files, and processing 1099s. This individual will create customer invoices for assessments, late fees, maintenance services, fines and other charges and be responsible for their collection. This individual will assist the Controller with monthly financial statement preparation and annual budgeting and may be required to complete various spreadsheets and documents.

Qualifications/requirements include:  proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and QuickBooks;  be detail oriented, organized and a self-starter; have good oral and written communication.  HOA accounting experience and and AAS in Accounting is preferred.
