Verizon is looking for full time Customer Service Representatives for an upcoming class (May 12, 2014). This position handles incoming calls for support functions from direct and indirect sales channels including Walmart locations. The primary focus includes: reviewing customer and commercial credit reports, reviewing upgrading eligibility, assigning security deposits, customer account maintenance, troubleshooting basic inquiries. High school diploma required, bachelor’s or associate’s degree preferred. Qualifications include: strong computer skills and excellent verbal and customer service skills, the ability to work independently, pay attention to detail, and display organizational skills. Positive attitude is a MUST. Night, weekend and holiday hours will be required.
