Customer Service Rep

Hisco, Inc.  is looking for a local customer service representative who will provide information in response to customer inquiries concerning account status, products, services, purchase orders and shipments and the ability to resolve related issues.
Essential job responsibilities include but are not limited to: providing price quotes and documentation; performing contract reviews; maintaining customer files and correspondence; supporting outside sales representatives efforts.  Salary is $12 – $15 per hour
High school or GED required, AAS preferred and two years of customer service experience, preferably in the industrial setting; proficiency in MS Office.  Recent negotiating skills training is a plus.
