Verizon is looking for Financial Services Coordinators for an upcoming class beginning September 29, 2014.
These are Full-time opportunities with an excellent benefit package starting on you first day. 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities include: working in a fast -paced, intense, results-oriented call center environment. The ideal candidate would be able to handle heavy inbound and outbound customer call for accounts 30,60, 90 -plus past due in order to identify and resolve outstanding issues for account rehabilitation and suspense prevention. This role requires the utilization of systems ACSS and CACS for initiating reconnections/suspensions and processing post dated and real time payments.
Each representative handles 100+ inbound & outbound calls per day.
Comprehensive Medical Coverage 1st day of employment. 5 day work week to include one day off during the week and Sunday.
Requirements: Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience, call center, customer service or collections experience preferred.. The ability to handle escalated calls and demonstrate strong negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work between 7am-9pm, Monday thru Friday; a minimum of one Saturday per month (8am-5pm)
