Tuition Payment Plan
Cape Fear Community College now offers a convenient monthly Tuition Payment Plan (FACTS) to help students meet their educational expenses. This service is provided by Nelnet Business Solutions.
The cost to enroll in the payment plan is a $25.00 per semester non-refundable enrollment fee. The enrollment fee and applicable down payment are processed immediately from your bank account/credit card. Any remaining payments will be automatically deducted on your scheduled payment dates. There is a $30 returned payment fee if a payment is returned.
The payment plan covers curriculum tuition and fees only – it does not cover books. Please review the terms and conditions prior to making your decision on whether the payment plan option is the method that best fits your needs.
Pending financial aid will not reduce your balance due or payment amount until it is credited to your student account balance. You are responsible for notifying the Business Office to deactivate your agreement when your financial aid is awarded.

Payment Plan Availability
Availability of the payment plan is determined by Cape Fear Community College. Please be aware the college may elect not to have the payment plan available during specific times and dates during registration.
Please do not assume your balance will automatically be adjusted if financial aid is received or a class is dropped or added. You should review your agreement balance online through mypaymentplan.com or contact the Cape Fear Community College Business Office at 910.362.7633 to confirm the change.
