College Transfer Pathway Admission Requirements for Spring 2020

To be accepted into this program, students must meet the following criteria:

  • Be a high school junior or senior when CFCC classes begin;
  • Have an unweighted high school GPA of 2.8 or higher;
  • Or demonstrate College Readiness in English, Reading, and Math on a college placement test.
Potential CCP students may register online to take the CFCC College Placement Test(NC DAP) at http://cfcc.edu/testing. Students should type CCP in the field that requires a CFCC ID if they do not yet have a CFCC ID number.

College Transfer Pathway Application Process for Homeschool and Private School Students

1. Complete the CCP Online Application.

2. Complete the College Transfer Approval Form and return to your high school career counselor or if a homeschooled return to Colene Kelly (Email).
3. Submit the high school transcripts and qualifying test scores if needed, to CFCC Admissions, attention to CCP Dual Enrollment Program.

Career and Technical Education Admission Requirements for Spring 2020

To be accepted into a Career Technical Pathway, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Be a high school junior or senior;
  • Have an unweighted GPA of 2.8 or the approval of your high school principal or designee;
  • College Placement Testing may be required to register for classes in some pathways.
Potential CCP students may register to take the NC DAP placement test at http://cfcc.edu/testing/. Students should type CCP in the field that requires a CFCC ID if they do not yet have a CFCC ID number.

Online Application Process for Public High School Students

1. Complete the CCP Online Application.
2. Complete the Spring 2020 Career Technical Approval Form and return to your high school career counselor.

1. Complete the CCP Online Application.
2. Complete the Spring 2020 Career Technical Approval Form and return to Colene Kelly (Email).
3. Submit high school transcripts to CFCC Admissions, attention to CCP Dual Enrollment Program.
New Student Registration for Spring 2020 begins April 22, 2019.
