“The JobsNOW Behavioral Health Technician program gave me job skills that put me ahead of the pack compared to other applicants walking off the street. During the program, I received NCI Certification & First Aid/CPR Certification. With other applicants, each mental health facility would have to pay for them to receive that training. To already have it looks so much better to them. In addition, I also earned a Gold level Career Readiness Certificate, which also looks good to potential employers. This training helped me gain employment with HomeCare Management and it feels so good to be working again.”
