Counseling Center
We encourage you to meet with a counselor when you want to talk about:
- Stress management and coping skills
- Life balance and self-care
- Grief and loss
- Formulating a plan for academic success
- Exploring soft skills that can improve your GPA
- Anything that causes you worry or distress
All Professional Counseling Staff hold a master’s degree in the counseling field and are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. on a drop-in basis. Students are welcome to make appointments during non-peak times. We will discuss concerns, provide guidance, and make community referrals when appropriate.
Confidentiality: Services provided by CFCC Counseling Staff are confidential in keeping with ethical standards unless a student indicates they are at risk of harming themselves or others.
