If you have completed all of the self-paced training, you should now feel confident enough with your learning management system to start your course development.
Please remember that the learning management system is just a tool, albeit a powerful one. It is up to you, the instructor, to create pedagocically sound online instruction. Your next step should include learning how to create a quality distance learning course.

Keep updated about the latest distance learning news, including tips for teaching online, updates and issues related to Blackboard learning management system, and information about resources to help build quality online courses.
You can also subscribe to the DL News and have new posts sent directly to your email account. - Blackboard's On Demand Learning Center:
Select from over 50 movie (close captioned and most under 3 minutes long)or text tutorials for specific Blackboard features. - NC Community Colleges Help:
This help site from NC Community Colleges includes many helpful tutorials for each of Blackboard's features. Select the appropriate item in the left column menu to get started.
