Rentals contingent upon availability and College operating hours

CFCC Facility Standard Fees
Classrooms:
10-175 person capacity. Most classrooms include a projector, screen, dry erase board, and computer station.
$50/Hour $200/Day
Computer Labs:
Most computer labs include a projector, screen, and dry erase board.Additional AV support may be required. Food and drinks not allowed.

Union Station Board Room:
60 person capacity. Room includes a 14 seat stationary conference table.Food and drinks not allowed. Limited availability.

Union Station Auditorium:
300 person capacity (tiered seating).Food and drinks not allowed.

Union Station Windell Daniels Hall:
400 person seated capacity. Rental includes terrace overlooking Cape Fear River.Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming Cape Fear Community College as additional insured in the amount of $1,000,000 per day is required.

AETC Lecture Hall (North Campus):
A 130 person capacity (tiered seating). Food and drinks not allowed.

BB&T Auditorium (North Campus): 200 person capacity.Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming Cape Fear Community College as additional insured in the amount of $1,000,000 per day is required.

Set up and tear down fees (all rentals):
Costs will be calculated by CFCC based upon the event requirements.

Custodial support, event support, security, and AV support (all rentals):
Costs will be calculated by CFCC based upon the event requirements.

Special Rates:
New Hanover County and Pender County
No rental fees Personnel fees/restrictions may apply
State Agencies:
State and federal agencies may use designated CFCC classroom space, located on the fifth floor of the Union Station building, anytime Monday-Friday during normal operating hours, at no charge. Other classrooms and meeting rooms, and meetings outside of normal operating hours, would full under normal rental rates and procedures.
Weekend Rates:
CFCC Standard Rental Hours are Monday-Thursday 8 a.m.-10 p.m.
Rentals which begin or end outside of the Standard Rental Hours will be charged a 25% premium fee (25% of the base rental fee). Facilities are not rented on national holidays, or when the CFCC campuses are closed.

To rent any CFCC parking facility, a Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming Cape Fear Community College as additional insured in the amount of $1,000,000 per day is required.

  • CFCC will control gate access, coning requirements, and car counts
  • CFCC will determine the number of staff necessary for any parking facility rental or event
  • If downtown parking facilities are being used to hold events and not just parking, they are subject to additional approval from the Wilmington City Council.
