MAKE-UP HOURS:

The college has decided that it is up to each individual instructor and department chair to schedule additional class hours and/or homework assignments to make-up the time missed during the snow-copalypses. I have decided to use both methods to make-up the snow-day hours, and the cruise hours. Make-up hours for additional lectures hours are listed below for each section.

 

Hotel

    • There is a make-up hour this week!

      • Quiz coverage beginning at Family Gerreidae, up to however far we get on Tuesday.
  • Lab:

Course Description

This course covers the behavior and classification of marine fishes, reptiles, birds, and mammals. Topics include identification, feeding behavior, reproduction, migration, and other marine vertebrate characteristics. Upon completion, students should be able to identify marine vertebrates and demonstrate an understanding of the methods marine vertebrates use to survive in the ocean.

  • Course Hours Per Week: Class 3, Lab 2.
  • Semester Hours Credit: 4.
  • Prerequisite: None.
