BIG is BETTER?
Just because you vote to make it legal- doesn't make it right.
Big Government Means Small People. The welfare state corrupts family life. Even many Democrats have acknowledged the destructive consequences of the welfare state on the underclass. It has rendered vast numbers of males unnecessary to females, who have looked to the state to support them and their children (and the more children, the more state support) rather than to husbands. In effect, these women took the state as their husband.
Every truth passes through three stages before it is recognized. In the first, it is ridiculed. In the second it is opposed. In the third, it is regarded as self evident.

|"Love and marriage.."
Go look up the rest of the song.
First you need
a Groom and a Bride,
who become a
Husband and Wife,
who become a
Father and Mother,
who raise kids, to become
good citizens, to continue
the growth of country and family.
No matter how you change
the rules or laws- if that
is not what's happening,
then it's not a marriage.
No one is against equal rights- just
against a few forcing a change
in a basic definition for the many.
I get confused....
If someone is introduced as
your wife- then you must be the husband.
or are you both wives? or both husbands?
Spouse is fairly gender neutral, and
partner is even more so.
So why do you insist on changing
the definitions for everyone else?
Marry whoevr or what
who would tell 10,000,000,000
people that they are stupid.
When someone says: "Merry Christmas!"
--- you say:
a: "and Merry Christmas to you!"
b: " and God bless you, too!"
c: "and Happy Holidays to you!"
d: " and Happy New Year!"
e: " Thank You!"
f: " Same to you!"
g: " Best Wishes"
or do you turn up your nose and disdainfully say:
" I don't celebrate whatever with you."
America- Land of the Tolerant.
I tolerate you, you tolerate me.
I'm OK, you're OK.
I would rather stand against the cannons
of the wicked than against the prayers of the righteous.
You cannot condemn the majority for the actions
of a minority.
Either you exist on purpose, or you are an accident of nature.
In your case, I'll go along with accident of nature.
|Gun Control is:
Both hands on the gun.
If a gun is under your control and
it is used in a crime, you better
have a really good excuse....
(like, you are dead).
Unfortunately, all the laws in
the country does not seem to be able
to stop a psycho from buying a gun,
or a criminal from getting a gun.
Everyone should have training and
pass a test before having a gun,
Trying to take 3 billion guns away from
law-abiding citizens in not the answer.
"You cannot invade the mainland United States.
There would be a rifle behind every blade of grass."
is a quote by Isoroku Yamamoto, Commander-in-Chief
of the Imperial Japanese Navy during World War II.
(May not be be actual- but was believed)
|Be who you are and say what you feel, because
those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

If a man should challenge me, I would take him
kindly and forgivingly by the hand
and lead him to a quiet place and kill him.

I do not love the bright sword for its sharpness,

I have the right to open carry a scuba tank. Why?
In case there is a flood at the restaurant I'm at.
|If I was scoping the place, my first target

It's the concealed carry and trained gun-nuts I
would worry about.
