The following is a message I received from the State Health Plan. I do not know if any CFCC employees are affected, but if so the problem should be corrected within 10 days:
POSSIBLE ID CARD ISSUES
Members are beginning to receive their ID cards in the mail. We want to make you aware of some issues we are experiencing with ID cards.
It is very important to note that these are ID card only issues. Member elections are properly saved in eEnroll. Corrective action steps are under way. Members should be receiving new, corrected ID cards within 10 days. Please advise your employees who are experiencing ID card issues to call Customer Service at 855-859-0966 if they do not receive updated cards within 10 days.
