I.          COURSE DESCRIPTION

This course introduces graphic presentation techniques for communicating ideas.

Topics include hand drawing, perspective drawing, and wet and dry media rendering.

 

II.                 COURSE OBJECTIVES

Upon completion, students should be able to produce a pictorial presentation.

Free Hand Drawing

Free Hand Perspective

Perspective Grid Construction

Wet and Dry Rendering Techniques

Credit Hours: 2

Class Hours: 6

Prerequisites: N/A
 

V. EVALUATION

Through a series of assignments the student build towards an accepted level of skill in presenting ideas for interior design. These assignments and a final comprehensive project including drawing, perspective drawing and rendering will be used to evaluate their proficiency.
