I.          COURSE DESCRIPTION

This course is a historical survey of interior design and furniture.

It sgives attentionto the evolution of space planning, interior architecture, decorative detail and furniture

design as well as the interrrelationship between these aspects.

 

II.        COURSE OBJECTIVES

To enable the students to recognize and become familiar with the changes in style and taste which are analyzed

in terms of the cultural milieu of each prevailing mode.
