If you have not received a new insurance card, call the Customer Service line at 1-800-422-4658 to check the status and make a request for one. ORBIT System for Active Employees: To register, visit the Retirement System Website Click on "Active Employees' Resources" Click on the ORBIT logo, then "Register" Follow directions to register and log in.
