| Open | Accepting applications through 5:00 pm on posted deadline date. |
| Closed | Application deadline has passed: applications have been sent to the Personnel Director for review and then to the search committee for consideration. |
| Interviewing | An interview pool has been selected and/or applicants are being interviewed. |
| Readvertised | Insufficient qualified applications were received or the qualifications needed for the position have been revised and applications will be accepted through 5:00 pm on the posted deadline date. |
| Search Suspended | Posting will not be filled as projected. The position may be re-advertised in the future. |
| Referred | Applications have been referred to the hiring official. |
| Filled RFT | The regular full time position has been offered and accepted. |
| Filled TFT | The Temporary Full Time position has been offered and accepted. |
| Filled | The part-time position has been filled |
| Open until Filled | The position will remain open until a qualified candidate is hired to fill the vacancy. |
