A photo ID and two pieces of documentation showing proof of residency are required. Any two of the following will qualify as long as they have matching addresses: a driver’s license, utility bill or tax bill. The photo ID may serve as one proof of residency, if it indicates a New Hanover County or Pender County address. If it does not, it may serve only as the photo ID, and two additional pieces of documentation must be used to show proof of residency.
