Faculty Reserve Request Form
CFCC Faculty may use this form to request that a Library owned resource (book, VHS, DVD, audiocassette or CD) be placed on reserve for their class(es). Please check the Online Catalog to ascertain availability of the desired title. Only items with a status of "Check Shelf" are currently available. Personal materials must be brought to the Library and forms completed in person.
