Responsibilities:
Assist the Club Manager with the management and operation of a cold water fish hatchery and maintenance of the trout club streams and grounds. The job involves four basic responsibilities: Assist in managing fish hatchery operations, including the hatching, rearing and stocking/distribution of fish. Maintenance of streams, grounds and buildings located on the property. Provide assistance to Club members and their guests. Be available on call to respond to alarms after scheduled work hours.
Qualifications:
Associates degree in Biology, Fisheries, Environmental Sciences, Zoology, or Animal Science. Associate s degree may be substituted for five years of fulltime experience in a hatchery setting or scientific research in cold water fish culture. Maintain a valid driver s license, and clear criminal background check. Ability to be on call and reside in the Zanesfield area.
