Adobe Software Discounts for Students, and Faculty

Adobe software is offered at a extended discount through CDW-G. To order dowload the form below, complete and fax the form to Gabe Monteleone at CDW-G, 847-968-1585.

To Note Before Ordering:

Only current students, faculty, and staff are eligible to purchase Adobe products on this program. ** Adobe Software is Non-Returnable for this Program.** You can only purchase one (1) copy of a particular product within a 12-month period. This Adobe Software is for your own personal use and you may not resell or distribute the product.

To Place Order:

1.  Determine which Adobe product you want to purchase.  Use attached documents to see what products are eligible, prices, and what is included in the CS3 Product Suites.  For further product descriptions, please reference the Adobe website:  www.adobe.com.

2.  Completely fill out order form attached.

3.  Save a copy of the completed order form to your computer. 

4.  Send an email to gabemon@cdwg.com which includes an attachment of the completed order form.

5.  Fax or email a copy of “proof of academia” (ie. School ID card, grade report, etc.) to fax #:  847-968-1585 or to email:  gabemon@cdwg.com .  *Your order will be delayed until this is received*

6.  Wait for an email from gabemon@cdwg.com that will contain a quote including cost for the software license, media CD, shipping, and applicable tax.

7.  Once you have received this email, send a reply email to gabemon@cdwg.com including your credit card number and credit card expiration date.  If you are uncomfortable sending your credit card information via email, please fax the information along with your quote number and name to my direct fax #: 847-968-1585.

To Note After Ordering:

Your order will be shipped with the media CD that will include your Adobe Serial number and directions to register the license and unlock the software.  Allow 7-10 Business days to receive this.  You will also receive a confirmation email from Adobe with directions.  *Follow directions that come with media*, not directions that come in email confirmation.
