About Portals
Portals is Cape Fear Community Colleges’s Annual Literary Arts magazine. CFCC is calling all artists and writers for submissions for the 2009 Portals Literary and Arts Magazine. Submissions are being accepted for Poetry, Non-Fiction, Short Fiction, 2-D Art, and Photography.
Cash prizes are offered for 1st ($100), 2nd ($50), and 3rd place ($25) in all three writing categories, and a $100 prize for the cover art selection.
The deadline for submission is Monday December 8th
