Admission Information and Point Count Worksheet
The Associate Degree Radiography program accepts 18 students each year.
Each Spring semester, interested applicants fill out an “intent to apply” to the Radiography program through the counseling office. These students are ranked based on the admission criteria and ranked according to the point count worksheet. Once ranked, the top 24 students will enter into a “skills assessment course” in the summer as semi-finalists for the 18 slots available. The top 18 candidates from the skills assessment course will enter into the program in the Fall semester.
Why only 18? The number admitted is based on the number of clinical slots available, anticipated employment needs in the communities served and space availability in the program lab sections. Dates and times for program information sessions (when scheduled) will be posted on the main page of this website and will be found in the packet below. Information on program costs, criminal background checks, drug testing, grading and more are included in the admission packet below.
