Our Fall Real Estate Semester runs from August 19th to December 11th with a week off for Thanksgiving!

The Broker Pre-Licensing RLS 112 course is taught on Tuesdays and Thursdays.  You have a choice of taking it in the morning from 9:00 to 11:20 am or in the evening from 6:30 to 8:50 pm.  The optional, but recommended, Real Estate Math RLS 113 course is taught Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 5:30 to 6:20 pm in the same classroom! 

If you can not take classes this fall, we will offer day and night classes in the Spring semester on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The Spring semester begins January 8th.

Be prepared to sit for the NC state licensure examination in only one semester – take RLS 112: Broker Pre-licensing in the Fall of 2014!
