The Registrar’s Office is located in Union Station – U102 on the Wilmington Campus and the McKeithan Center (NA building 1st floor) on North Campus. Our office assists students with registration questions, transcripts, enrollment verifications, address or name changes, withdrawals and questions regarding filing your intent to graduate. The Registrar’s Office also certifies that students have fulfilled graduation requirements. In addition this office oversees the grading process, WebAdvisor for students, processing of course substitutions, among other items.
Schedule Changes (Add/Drop Period)
In some instances, it is necessary for students to make adjustments to their schedules. Students may make schedule changes via WebAdvisor or Student Planning through the Add/Drop period. Adjustments to drop one class and add another during this period must be completed in one transaction to avoid the refund penalty. Please visit one of our academic advising centers if you need assistance with schedule adjustments.
NEW Withdrawal process (after add/drop period has ended):
Students must meet with a Counselor to discuss options prior to withdrawing from classes.
