The Registrar’s Office is located in Union Station – U102 on the Wilmington campus and the McKeithan center on North Campus. Our office assists students with registration questions and dropping classes once the semester begins. We also issue official transcripts, process enrollment verifications, address or name changes and withdrawals and questions regarding filing your intent to graduate. The Registrar, within the Records and Registration Office, certifies students have fulfilled graduation requirements, orders diplomas, assists students through Commencement and oversees the grading process, WebAdvisor for students, program evaluations, and the processing of course substitutions.
Schedule Changes (Add/Drop Period)
In some instances it is necessary for students to make adjustments to their schedules. Students may make schedule changes via WebAdvisor or Student Planning through the Drop/Add period. Adjustments during this period must be completed in one transaction to avoid the refund penalty. Once this period ends, drops must be done in person in the Registrar’s office on either campus.

* No withdrawal after posted dates. Extenuating circumstances require documentation and Chair/Instructor approval.
**On or after the first day of classes during the add/drop period, DO NOT select Drop Sections if you intend to add a replacement class. If you do, you WILL be assessed a 25% penalty unless you add and drop in the same transaction. Choose the Register and Drop section option in Web advisor to add a replacement class.
