The Records/Registration Office is located in Union Station – U138 and assists students with registration questions and dropping classes once the semester begins. We also issue official transcripts, process enrollment verifications, applications for graduation, address or name changes and withdrawals. The Registrar, within the Records/Registration Office, certifies students have fulfilled graduation requirements, orders diplomas, assists students through Commencement and oversees the grading process, WebAdvisor for students, program evaluations, and the processing of course substitutions.
Payment for Fall Classes due by 5:00 pm, Wednesday August 6th
WebAdvisor will not be available for registration on August 7th. New students can begin registering on August 8th. Payment is due at the time of registration.
Schedule adjustment day is Thursday, August 14th. No classes (except 2nd mini session) may be added to your schedule beginning Friday, August 15th.
Withdrawals must be done in person in the Registrar’s office.

|Additional registration information: Students in face to face classes MUST attend class by Wednesday, August 20th for the first MINI session and Tuesday, August 26th for the FULL semester to avoid being withdrawn as a no-show. Students taking Internet OR Hybrid classes MUST complete an enrollment verification for each class on Blackboard prior to the dates listed above. Second MINI session students must attend by Friday, October 17.|
