Office of the Registrar


The Records and Registration Office is located in Union Station – U138 and assists students with registration questions and dropping classes once the semester begins. We also issue official transcripts, process enrollment verifications, address or name changes and withdrawals and answer questions regarding filing your intent to graduate.  The Director,  within the Records and Registration Office, certifies students have fulfilled graduation requirements, orders diplomas, assists students through Commencement and oversees the grading process, WebAdvisor for students, program evaluations, and the processing of course substitutions.

The withdrawal period has been extended to the 60% mark with a grade of “W”.  The WP/WF grading period has been eliminated.  Please refer to the academic calendar for important deadlines.

Drops during the refund period can only be done IN PERSON in the Registrar’s office on either campus.

May 23-May 27 Full Semester- Drop- 75% Tuition Refund
May 26 1st Mini Session- Grade of “W” begins through June 13*
May 31 Full Semester- Grade of “W” begins through July 6*
June 16 Last day to file “Intent to Graduate” for summer graduation
June 28 2nd Mini Session begins
June 28-June 30 2nd Mini Session- Drop- 75% Refund
July 1 2nd Mini Session- Grade of “W” begins through July 20*
August 3 Classes end
August 5 Commencement
August 11 Classes purged for non-payment.  Web Advisor not available for registration.
August 18 Final Registration Day- 2016 Fall Semester
August 19 Fall Classes Begin
