The Records and Registration Office is located in Union Station – U138 and assists students with registration questions and dropping classes once the semester begins. We also issue official transcripts, process enrollment verifications, address or name changes and withdrawals and answer questions regarding filing your intent to graduate. The Director, within the Records and Registration Office, certifies students have fulfilled graduation requirements, orders diplomas, assists students through Commencement and oversees the grading process, WebAdvisor for students, program evaluations, and the processing of course substitutions.
The withdrawal period has been extended to the 60% mark with a grade of “W”. The WP/WF grading period has been eliminated. Please refer to the academic calendar for important deadlines.

* No withdrawal after posted dates. Extenuating circumstances require documentation and Chair/Instructor approval.
**On or after the first day of classes during the add/drop period, DO NOT select Drop Sections if you intend to add a replacement class. If you do, you WILL be assessed a 25% penalty unless you add and drop in the same transaction. Choose the Register and Drop section option in Web advisor to add a replacement class. If you have any questions to avoid a fee, please visit the Advising Center during regular business hours.
