The IT Services Student Helpdesk provides first-level technical support to all students of Cape Fear Community College.  We are available to assist you with basic computer and technical needs, and we are committed to providing detailed resolutions and general information to assist with common problems.

The Student Helpdesk is fully-staffed and available Downtown and on the North Campus.  We can be reached by phone, email, or in person at either location.  Some of the issues that we assist with are:
