How To Set or Reset Your Password


1)  Go to myCFCC:



2)  Fill in your Username and CFCC ID.  (Note:  User accounts are typically created 3-4 business days after receiving your acceptance letter.)



3)  If you cannot remember your username or CFCC ID number, click on the corresponding link to look it up.  Fill in the requested information to proceed.



4) On the next screen, you will be prompted for your personal information to validate your identity.


If your information is invalid and/or you receive an error message instead of the next screen, please contact the IT Helpdesk at (910) 362-HELP (4357) to verify the information on file or to delete the security question. 

5)  Finally, you will be prompted to enter a new password.  Click “Finished” when you are done.
