Students who have attended college and completed English and/or math courses with a grade of “C” or better may be waived from taking the placement test.  Please have any previously attended colleges to send official transcripts to CFCC for evaluation.  In addition, placement test scores are transferable from other schools.  If you have taken the Accuplacer, ASSET, Compass, SAT or ACT at another school, please have the school mail the scores to the Admissions Office at CFCC.  All placement test scores are valid for five years.
