Are you interested in taking a more “hands-on” technical program that also has options to transfer to select four-year universities?

CFCC has several Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs that also have transfer options. While these programs are not part of the traditional Comprehensive Articulation Agreement (CAA) between the NC Community College System and the UNC system, they do provide options for students who want to complete an Associates in Applied Science (AAS) technical program and still be able to transfer to a university to pursue a four-year bachelor’s degree.

Some of these programs have special transfer agreements between CFCC and specific universities while others are generally transferable to certain universities that have a four-year bachelor’s degree program that aligns with the CFCC technical degree.

Please follow the links below to learn more about specific CTE programs with university transfer opportunities. Each program page will include contact information for the program leadership. If you have additional questions regarding the university transfer options for the program you will be able to connect with them for more information.

If you need additional information about traditional university transfer programs please visit our University Transfer webpage to get detailed information.
