 2 Year Associate in Applied Science Degree or

3 Semester Certificate Program

This curriculum is designed to prepare individuals for careers in the construction management field. Such positions may include assistant project manager, superintendent, estimator, or foreman. Course work includes OSHA safety training, planning, scheduling, cost control, productivity, human relations, estimating, and building codes.   Students will also gain proficiency in specific hands on construction related skills. In addition to Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and Publisher, students will also learn how to operate cutting edge computer based software such as Auto Desk Computer Aided Drafting, Primavera Scheduling and Timberline Estimating.    Graduates of our Associate in Science degree are also eligible to take part in our transfer agreements with select Universities in North Carolina.  Contact the CMT Department for more information!  910-362-7658
