There is no cost to students!<\/p>\n<p>Graduates receive an Adult High School Diploma issued by Cape Fear Community College and the New Hanover or Pender County Board of Education. Just like a face-to-face class, an online class runs for a total of 68 hours during each nine-week session. To earn credit, students must be <strong>actively logged in and participating for at least 64 hours<\/strong>. <\/div>  <\/div>  <div class=\"pt-3 pt-md-5\">  <div class=\"row center-page px-3 px-md-4\"> <h4>Graduation Requirements<\/h4>\n<p>To earn an <strong>Adult High School Diploma<\/strong>, students must complete a total of <strong>22 credits<\/strong> in the following subject areas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4 English Credits<\/li>\n<li>4 Math Credits<\/li>\n<li>3 Science Credits<\/li>\n<li>4 Social Studies Credits<\/li>\n<li>1 Health\/PE Credit<\/li>\n<li>6 Elective Credits<\/li>\n<\/ul> <\/div>  <\/div>  <div class=\"pt-3 pt-md-5 bg-light\">  <div class=\"row center-page px-3 px-md-4\">  <div class=\"d-inline\"> <h4>Official AHS Transcripts<\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>To request an official AHS transcript:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li> <a href=\"https:\/\/cfcc.edu\/academic-career-readiness\/adult-high-school-transcript-request-form\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> Complete the AHS Transcript Request Form <\/a> <\/li>\n<li>Follow the directions on the form for paying the required transcript fee.<\/li>\n<li>Each AHS transcript costs $5.00. The $5.00 fee is waived for any student entering other CFCC programs.<\/li>\n<\/ol> <\/div>  <\/div>  <\/div>  <div class=\"pt-3 pt-md-5\">  <div class=\"row center-page px-3 px-md-4\"> <h4>Diplomas<\/h4>\n<p>Once graduated, students will be called and must pick up their diplomas from the AHS office in S-110.
