Once completed, students are eligible to begin the Selective Health Sciences Enrollment process as outlined below.<\/p>\n<!--fold--> <div class=\"pt-3 pt-md-5\">  <div class=\"row center-page px-3 px-md-4\">  <div class=\"d-none d-md-block col-md-3\">  <div class=\"ars cfimgicon-document mt-n4\">  <\/div>  <\/div>  <div class=\"col-10 col-md-9\"> <h3><span class=\"text-highlight\">STEP 1<\/span> <span class=\"divider\"><\/span> Complete Your Residency Determination<\/h3>\n<p>First, complete your North Carolina Residency Determination. This establishes whether you&#8217;ll pay in-state or out-of-state tuition. Once completed, you will be assigned a Residency Certification Number (RCN). Save this number! You&#8217;ll need it for the CFCC admission application.<\/p> <div class=\"iwi-accordion\"> <p class=\"iwi-target-container1\"> <a href=\"#\"> <strong>We recommend you have access to the following information before you start your residency:<\/strong> <\/a>  <div id=\"container1\" class=\"\"> <ul>\n<li>Driver\u2019s License or Non-Driver ID<\/li>\n<li>Tax Return Information<\/li>\n<li>Vehicle License &#038; Registration Information<\/li>\n<li>Social Security Number<\/li>\n<li>Voter Registration (if applicable)<\/li>\n<li>Other Documents (Requested by RDS)<\/li>\n<li>Immigration Documents (if applicable)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you are under the age of 25, you will most likely need to complete residency with a parent or legal guardian.<\/p>\n<p>Need assistance completing residency? If you have not attended classes at CFCC for one year or longer, you must reapply and be accepted prior to filing an Intent to Apply into any of CFCC\u2019s selective health sciences. Once your application is received, it will be processed within one week. We will send you an acceptance letter and <a href=\"\/\/cfcc.edu\/admissions\/next-steps\/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\"> enrollment checklist <\/a> within 5-7 days. You will be admitted to CFCC for general admission purposes only. CFCC awards thousands of <a href=\"\/financial-aid\/scholarships\/\"> scholarships <\/a> each year. If your Intent is successful, i.e. all eligibility requirements are met, you will receive an email with the \u201cNext Steps\u201d in your CFCC email account. Students who file an Intent to Apply and do not meet the minimum requirements will receive an email addressing the missing items. Once eligible, they may re-file their Intent.
