(Dates are printed on receipt)<\/li>\n<li>Textbooks and loose-leaf textbooks are not returnable once opened.<\/li>\n<li>No refunds on kits, uniforms, and passcodes once opened (including if you ask for the code to be emailed to you these codes will be non-refundable).<\/li>\n<li>Gift cards are non-refundable<\/li>\n<li>General Merchandise must be returned within 48 hours of purchase and must be unopened.<\/li>\n<li>Apparel must be returned within 48 hours of purchase and have all tags attached.<\/li>\n<li>Laptops, laptop peripherals, and software are non-refundable once opened.<\/li>\n<li>Technology and electronic items are non-refundable once opened.<\/li>\n<li>Transactions must be returned to the original form of payment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Credit Cards &#038; Checks Policy<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>MUST have ID (either Student ID or Driver\u2019s License) when using a credit card or writing a check<\/li>\n<li>No starter checks accepted.<\/li>\n<li>Business checks need approval.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Web Order Returns<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>MUST email Webtech at mingerman@cfcc.edu for all return requests!<\/li>\n<li>Returns without prior approval via above email will not be approved.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Returns must be sent to:<br \/>\nCFCC Bookstore<br \/>\n411 N.
