ID Document Requirements for enrollment per the North Carolina State Board of Cosmetic Art Examiners<\/h6>\n<p>These programs require that students upload specific ID documents through a secure portal maintained by the North Carolina State Board of Cosmetic Art Examiners. These documents must be on file for you to remain enrolled in your program. Register for Classes<\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>Register online in the student portal in the self-service section. You can follow step-by-step directions and tutorials online at <a href=\"\/records-registration\/how-to-register\/\"> cfcc.edu\/howtoregister <\/a> .<\/li>\n<li>Need help with registration? After consulting with your high school counselor about your enrollment in the program, you can meet with the CFCC Career Coach at your high school for assistance with registration.  They can make an in-person appointment with you on your campus or a virtual appointment if that is more convenient. You may also visit CFCC\u2019s North Campus Student Services Office at the McKeithan Center or the Academic Advising Center in the Union Station building on the Wilmington Campus.<\/li>\n<li>If a cosmetology course you try to register for is full, you will be able to add your name to a course waitlist. If a seat opens and you are the next student on the waitlist, you will be notified via your CFCC student email account. You will have 24 hours to register for the class before the next student is offered your seat. Once you can no longer register for a term, the waitlist is deactivated, and you will need to attempt registration for a future course. Please check your CFCC student email frequently.<\/li>\n<li>We highly encourage you to review the pathway course allowance guidelines for the CCP Cosmetology Pathway program before registering. Remember, as a CCP student; you can only register for courses that adhere to your pathway. You can review them in <a href=\"https:\/\/catalog.cfcc.edu\/programs\/C55140CP\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> CFCC\u2019s Catalog. <\/a> <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<h6>3. Program Specific Costs, Books, and Supplies<\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>Purchase books and supplies from the Sea Devil Stores in person or online. Have your class schedule handy when shopping for your books to save time.<\/li>\n<li>The Cosmetology program has additional costs we want to make sure you\u2019re prepared for, including a Cosmetology Kit, program attire (navy blue v-neck scrub top, navy blue scrub pants, lanyard, &#038; black shoes. You can purchase all of these items, except shoes, at the CFCC Bookstore in the McKeithan Center at North Campus. Please contact the North Campus Bookstore for information on exact pricing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<h6>4. Program Orientation<\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>Once you register for cosmetology courses, you will be emailed a document providing all necessary information needed prior to the first day.
