This two-week immersive program gives rising seventh, eighth, and ninth graders from New Hanover and Pender County Schools a deeper understanding of and hands-on experience in career paths like aviation, architecture, CAD\/3D printing, entrepreneurship, fire fighting, film &amp; video production, interior design, IT, law enforcement, plumbing, manufacturing, and theatre.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>New Hanover County Middle Schools:<\/strong> June 16-27, 2025 from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. M-Th and 9 a.m.-12 p.m. on Fridays<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pender County Middle Schools:<\/strong> July 14-25, 2025, from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. M-Th and 9 a.m.-12 p.m. on Fridays<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Students must be enrolled in Pender or New Hanover County Schools and be current middle school students (rising 7th\u20139th grade).<\/p> <div class=\"d-flex justify-content-center\"> <a class=\"button\" href=\"https:\/\/etcentral.ad.cfcc.edu\/?isAnonymous=true#form\/289\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> <span class=\"text-highlight\">Sign Up<\/span> to Attend <\/a> <br \/> <a class=\"button\" href=\"https:\/\/etcentral.ad.cfcc.edu\/?isAnonymous=true#form\/472\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> <span class=\"text-highlight\">Registro<\/span> en Espa\u00f1ol <\/a> <\/div> <h6>Camp includes<\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>Lunch and snacks provided by CFCC<\/li>\n<li>Meet the faculty and staff<\/li>\n<li>Visit our North and Downtown campuses<\/li>\n<li>Get hands-on experience in fields like aviation, architecture, CAD\/3D printing, entrepreneurship, fire fighting, film &amp; video production, interior design, IT, law enforcement, plumbing, manufacturing, and theatre!<\/li>\n<li>Free gifts to participants include a T-shirt, backpack, water bottle, folder, pen, and more!<\/li>\n<li>Celebration in CFCC&#8217;s Windell Daniels Hall on the last day of the academy with prizes, awards, and food!
